Reference cell in worksheet to copy paste cell range from different worksheet

I will post my spreadsheet in order to better illustrate what I describe here.

Very new to VBA.

I am trying to pull a range of cells from a worksheet that is generated every day and is named by date. What I want to do is have a cell in the destination worksheet that I can enter the date, run a macro, and the information from the source folder will populate the specified cells in the destination folder. Please see attached and let me know if I need to clarify further.
