AFAIR any formula can only bring the result but not the Color/Font/Size.

Hi, purlo,
why should anybody use VBA to bring back the result from INDEX? If the formatting is done by hand it can be done but I would recommend to use styles for the cells instead of hand-colouring all of these and apply the same style.
Maybe attach a sample to explain what you are after and how things look before and after inclduing your INDEX (which should be the event to trigger the macro?)
