Loop through a specific folder in OUTLOOk and save the attachments to another folder?

Would anyone know the best way tpo tackle this issue?

I recieve daily e-mails in to a designated folder in OUTLOOK and I would like to have it so that the attachments on those E-mails are opened using NotePad and Saved into a folder.

If 'Opening the Files on NOTEPAD' is complicated, Then just having the emails pulled from the folder and saved to another area should suffice.
