Copy cell content into Forms.TextBox

Hello,

Is there a way to copy cell content into a Forms.TextBox using a Macro The reason is the Forms.TextBox that is on the main sheet is linked correctly via LinkedCell in the properties - it updates the data in the cell from another sheet really well - but the user can manipulate the Text in the Forms.TextBox and it makes changes in the cell it is linked to.

Any Suggestions
