Calculate Time Taken But Excuding Non-Working Hours

    Hi,

What I need to do is calculate how long it took to respond to an email from receiving it to actioning it.

Say we receive an email at 17:47 and action it at 09:47 rather than it taking 16 hours, really it took 47 minutes.

Our working hours are 09:00 to 17:30.

This needs to be done within a form, not in cells.

    Thank you in advance.

What do you expect returned in the following instances?

    Sent: Monday 18:00
    Actioned: Wednesday 10:00

    Sent: Friday 15:00
    Actioned: Monday 12:00

Are the working days Mon - Fri? do we count Bank Holidays etc?

(this is far more complicated than I originally thought!)

    Kaper,

That's the sort of thing, but instead of calculating when the emails out of SLA, I just need the time taken, and we'll report on the SLA later.
