Thick Bottom Border for Dynamic Print Range

I just created several reports that have dynamic print ranges and I am using the offset function in the print area: =OFFSET('C6ReturnShipments'!$A$1, 0, 0, 14+COUNT('C6ReturnShipments'!$A:$A),26 )

I need to have a thick bottom border on the last row from Column A to Z. Conditional formatting doesn't have the option for a thick border.

VBA is very new to me, so I'm unsure if I use the offset function to identify the correct row or not and the correct syntax.

Is there a special place I should put the code? I put it in Module 1; General; Declarations. I printed my report and no change to the border.
