Macro to create :Mailto from cell values

Hello all im hoping someone can help as i've hit the wall lol

managed to knock together some vba to generate work packs for me ! However I would now like to add a function to include generating a mailto string the subject being taken from cells B20:C20 through B27:C27 on the Cover sheet( B and C are merged in each row) and then placed in the following cells merged and centered A41:I43 on the Cover page With font Arial bold underlined size 18 colour red!

    Also the Body to read

Week number : (cover page cells D11:G11)

Item Number : (cells G20 through G24) Theses celles arent merged and may contain different numbers id like to list them separated by comma's if possible?

Nature of errors in this pack :

the original code is below !

really hoping someone can help as I'm scratching my head so hard I will hit my brain soon lol

Any help is genuinely appreciated !

Edit: the excel doc will be converted to pdf so the :mailto link needs to work in a pdf too, also they will be opened on iphones. So the macro needs to write the actual link into the cell not just add the cell reference ??

    Thanks

    James
