Vba not reading if date conditon

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to make a dashboard for a school project and the data are separated into different file from the dashboard.

With part of my codes being like this,

whereby the wb refers to the data file.

After running the codes, there were no errors, however, the arrayName did not collect the data. I've found out it is the date part of the if condition that cause the data not to be collected as i tried changing the if into a nested if.

Then after running it, the data were collected, however only of the condition of the "Infra System", not the date condition.
I've tried searching and asking around, unfortunately, i could not find out what was the problem.
Please help me. Thank you!

Dont Use & (ampersent Symbol)

use full (and) , then try
