Need active X list box content to change based off of combo box selection

On the sheet Filter Data 4 I have 3 combo boxes on the left side of the sheet (ignore the 3 on the right). Below each one is a list box. The options in the combo boxes are for named ranges. I would like for the list box to be populated with the appropriate named range that is selected in the combo box. There is also a blank option(the first selection in the combo box. If this is selected I would like there to be no available options in the list box. Thank you for your assistance.

I modified your code by inserting the named range Year_Macrocycle. (I think named range is the right term) I then got an error at this line,

I assume for the second named range I want inserted I would change the above -1 to -2, and for the third option change it to -3?

You don't need to modify anything in the code I posted, it will work for all the named ranges/options listed in the combobox.

Oh, forgot about Exercises.

You have Exercise in the combobox but the named range is Exercises, I changed that on 'Admin Sheet'
