Hi All!! I am really needing some help...

Everyday I receive a spreadsheet that I need to copy and paste information from. The spreadsheet file name will change everyday, however the headings and sheet names will not. I would ideally like to have vba or macro to copy several range of cells (i.e, C4:E4, C5:E5, G4:H4:, G5:H5) and paste them to a range of cells in another workbook that would be open and preferably where the vba or macro would be stored.

I was thinking that I could have code that would find the newest file in a folder, open it, copy the cells and then paste them into the open workbook. Would this even be possible?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. (PS- I'm on Excel 2011 for Mac. That seems to be a big stumbling block for me)
