adding time

The attached example indicates what I am trying to achieve.
That is adding Minutes and seconds.
I have tried everything I know - which is not much to try to get this to work
But I cannot
note the 15 min intervals will be fixed

Give this a try...
=A6+B6/1440+C6/1440/60

Some of your sample answers seem to little off?
12:00:10 AM+4 mins+30 sec = 12:04:40 AM, not 12:04:50 AM

But help me with the B11 and C11 cells

They are the difference between A10 and A13

to get the difference, put this in B11 AND C11...
=A13-A10

The closest (visually) I can come to what you have, is to format B11 to Custom format h"mm and to format C11 to Custom format ss
