Pasting from other workbook changes 15,5877 into 155 877???

    Hello,

I have below code in one workbook (wb1), which opens another workbook containing data, copies the data and pastes it in wb1. Problem is, the value 15,5877 is pasted as 15 5877 (note that we use comma instead of dot here). So fetching the data turns [fifteen point five eight seven seven] into [hundred and fifty-five thousand eight hundred seventy-seven]. Why is it doing this?

UPDATE: When experimenting with it, it looks like it can only handle values up to two decimals. As soon as the value has more than two decimals, it removes the decimal point all together.
