Remove Duplicate DOMAIN name

Hi there,

I have a excel file with 3 columns:

Column A - Title
Column B - URL/Domain
Column C - PageRank

I want to remove all the duplicates domain name in Column B.

Let's say,

I want to keep the first URL along with the Column A and C and remove the following URLs below.

http://accesswinnipeg.com/2013/11/20...rican-apparel/
http://accesswinnipeg.com/2014/01/va...r-hm-location/
http://accesswinnipeg.com/2014/05/an...opping-centre/
http://accesswinnipeg.com/2014/10/an...park-now-open/

Thanks for the response, but the code didn't keep the unique domain
I want to keep only one website/domain, Let's say if there are 5 post from huppingtonpost.com

huppingtonpost.com/blog1
huppingtonpost.com/blog2
huppingtonpost.com/blog3
huppingtonpost.com/blog4
huppingtonpost.com/blog5

I want to keep the first one.

But that's not what I want to happen

I want to keep the first URL without cutting the /blog1 (not only the domain name huffingtonpost.com) and also include the Column A - Title and Column C - Pagerank
