If certain characters then add comma

I am new to VBA so give me a break.

I need a macro to find characters that are as follows: "Uppercase""Lowercase""Uppercase"

    And change it to: "Uppercase""Lowercase","Uppercase"

    I have tried this with:

    If character like "[A-Z]", "[a-z]", "[A-Z]" then......
with parenthesis in different spots and it would not work.

please let me know what I am doing wrong
