    Post Create ribbon in excel 2007/2010

    Can anyone guide me how to create new ribbon in excel. please provide step by step information for creation of ribbon. i can create add-in but not able to create ribbon with my customized commands.

    got it. i need image code like for happy face we have to type imageMso="HappyFace".
