auto-populate text

I am trying to modify the below formula:

It is a rather long formula that I am going to break up into Case Selections but can not seem to do so correctly. Below is one example off one Case.

In the attached spreadshett if you say no to the prompt that opens the file, then run the classify macro, and in A2 select 1 from the dropdown. In the classification column there is supposed to be text that auto-populates based on the Case Statements. Thank you .
