Link check box to a cell

Hi

I'm having a issue with check boxes not dynamically changing cell references when copy & pasted. I would rather not manually change each cell reference, considering I have 2250 check boxes to change. Is there a way in regular excel or a macro I can use to change theses cell references.

I have two sheets the first labeled "Running Employee count" this is the sheet where the check boxes are located column D3 to column R153.

The referenced cells are on the second sheet labeled "Sheet1" column D2 to R152.

Is there anyone out there that can help me with this issue?

Yes sure please find the sample file attached. I just need a way to link all the check boxes to cells.
