Compare 4 values in a row/column

Hi All,

could you please help in this issue.
I am trying to compare four columns
L1, L2 , L3, L4

compare the value in L2 or L3 or L4 if its different to the value in L1 cell then delete that row. if there is a blank cell in one or 2 of these cells then ignore the blank and compare next cell.
