Great but how to start results in G1 not G2
And How can I do this task by formulas?

I can do a formula if your table is only ever 4 rows but not if this is variable.

=IF(ROWS($H$1:H1)>SUM($C$1:$C$4),"",IF(ROWS($H$1:H1)>SUM($C$1:$C$3),B$4,IF(ROWS($H$1:H1)>SUM($C$1:$C$2),B$3,IF(ROWS($H$1:H1)>SUM($C$1:$C$1),B$2,B$1))))
