Creating Boarder around every n'th cell

I'm trying to create a border around every 6th and 7th cell across 352 columns, and down 50 rows.

I'm not sure where to begin any help would be appreciated.

Here is an example of what I'm looking for (X is blank cell, B is cell with border):

The border is a diagonal border but I'm certain I can adjust the code to get the look I need,
I'm just not sure If I need to loop through columns and then rows or how to get there.

If you are just looking to put a border around cells that have values, and ignore empty cells, you can have code that specifically works on those cells.
