Transfer Data from Mulitple worksheets to one summary sheet on a loop

Hi,

Im quite new to VBA and have been trying to set up a workbook that pulls data from 50 other worksheets in the same book in a cycle every 10 mins or so but I haven't been very successful.

Once the information is transferred to the summary sheet it is deleted off the origin sheet, then the cycle would start again.

The origin work sheets could have up to 50 rows of data at anyone time so these would need to be added one after the other to the summary sheet without over writing each other and without leaving gaps (also the data starts on row 4 of every worksheet).

I have searched other threads but there doesn't seem to be anything that exactly fits my needs.

Is anyone able to help or offer guidance?
