I have found several samples and belive I know where to Add the module but I do not know how to make it run

If you have a VBA Sub procedure taking no arguments in a general VBA module, press [Alt]+[F8] to display the Macro dialog. Your procedure should appear in the list. Select it, and click the Run button.
