Change font size with VBA

Hi Guys! I have been working a spreadsheet for while now and it is almost perfect. I am using the formula below to change the font size of text that is 3 characters long or less (Ex: RON, MX, TBA) and it works perfectly, only the text is affected and not the time. I work with a 24 hr clock and text in all of my workbooks. My time is formatted to display as 4 digits ex: 1332 the only words i use are "mx, ron, tba, a-shift, b-shift, c-shift".

When i type in "a-shift" the code does not change the font size? Is there a way to make it so anything text with 7 characters change aswell? Thanx for any help.
