Mous hover Zoom in - vba excel 10

Hi there

My Problem: I have a UserForm, and in it a Picture. This Picture is very large. I dont want a form as big as my Screen.

What i want/How i try to solve my Problem: i want a Mouse hover, that enlarges a Piece around the mouse, from this
section i hover over the pic. Like on Distributor Websites, where you have a tiny pic and can make a "magnifying glas"
by moving over the Picture.

Another Way: Another way would be, that i have two scroll bars and two Buttons (reduce and enlarge). when i enlarge
the Picture, i want to be able to move "in the Picture" by Scrolling the bars


can someone help me? im a newbie on vba.
