The code that is not working for me is the second one. I want to be able to input the value ms into the cell that is doubleclicked in the range F6:F38. What am I doing incorrect? Is it because there are two codes that use Target?

That works great. I had to make some changes, but it worked for me. Thank you.
Can you give me a hint of what code to write when I double click a cell and a msgbox pops up referencing the cell value.
So if I double click a cell that has "Cat" in it, I can get a msgbox that says "there is Cat in this cell"
**nvm, I got it. It is just Target.Value**
