Unhappy How to convert Text to spreadsheet to Google Calendar

the company posts all employee info as one GIGANTIC spreadsheet. it takes a long time to load, and is very unorganized.

I'm trying to import events from IXE Toal view

which looks like this before posting
http://www.qpc.com/Eu/Images/IEXTota...eduler-lge.gif

into a
Google Calendar readable format

which would look like this
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...UE&usp=sharing

following this guide
http://n8henrie.com/2013/05/spreadsheet-to-calendar/

right now i have copied all info from {nonadmn} as a txt file. here it is times.txt

also the ''Open Time TIME PM TIME PM'' serves no purpose to me

I'm trying to
export to a readable format for Google Calender and have had no luck for two weeks. so finally, I'm turning to people who understand macros, spreadsheets, and data editing.

Any ideas guys?

How to read it.

Agent name Agent id

Date Start End Scheduled Activity Start End <-- this line shows as headers in the spreadsheet.

11/16/14 Off Off means do not work on that day.

11/18/14 1:00 PM 9:30 PM Open Time 1:00 PM 2:45 PM

Date- Time start, time stop, open time1:00 PM 2:45 PM is again, pointless.

Break Time start time end
and so on.

I'm trying to get each item to show as a Google Calender event.

Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff)

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Re: How to convert Text to spreadsheet to Google Calendar

the picture was pulled from Google for search of IXE Toal view.
i do not have a way to show the actual file due to firewalls and such

the txt file i have is all i can provide, it was created by copying the company schedule. I'm definitely not concerned about pictures. if this isn't the correct forum, let me know if you have any ideas.
also, thanks for the quick reply!
