Top 5 values for one column while staying below a total value

Let's say I have 50 employees whose salaries vary and they each have a production value. Example: Joe Smith, $20,000, 100 (units), Jane Doe, $15,000, 80 (units), Bill Jones, $18,000, 60 (units), etc.

I'd like to find the top 5 production units while staying under $75,000 of total salary.

I could do it by hand but this changes daily.

    Thanks
