Combine Data in Multiple Rows into Single Row

I have a table with information about people (Name, HP No., Home No., Email etc.) However, they are in different rows, and not all rows have all information. How do I combine all information about one person into a single row?

I have attached a sample file.

This works, at least for the example you provided.
Remove the duplicates from each column, then delete the blanks from each column.

Before using Excel's RemoveDuplicates you might look up "Excel RemoveDuplicates bug" on Google and note how many hits you get.
There seem to be quite a number.

A simple example is if you type
    4
    10
    10s
    4
    10
in the first 5 cells in ColA and then try removing the duplicates with Excel's RemoveDuplicates.

Neither of my computers with RemoveDuplicates will do this. But FDibbins of this forum apparently has no trouble doing it with his version.

There's a variety of more complex examples on the internet, also plenty of good duplicate removers in Excel that don't have this seeming erratic bug.

Would you be happy using this method with important work and complex data?

Well that's disturbing, it doesn't work with those numbers on my xl'10 or xl'13

RemoveDuplicates doesn't seem to like mixed numbers and text in the same column.

anyway, here's another approach on similar lines that also produces the result asked for, for the sample data at least.
although it would be better if each block (of A rows, B rows, etc) treated separately rather than the whole lot at once.
code could be modified to do this, but late at night for me and good things happening next day
