Debug error out of scope range

The problem - when I click on 'ENTER STORE NAME' i get a RUN TIME ERROR
I just want the code to work withing C2:J6 - and be able to update all other cells without the error.
What works now is:
Clicking on the PART highlights the part in the screen table.
Clicking the PART in the table, highlights all same parts in the table.
