Populate Chart Title from Cell Value - VBA?

I'm guessing this is going to be a VBA function, but I'd like to take the value of a cell and insert it in as part of a chart title. This will be applied to a template used by different users, and instead of updating each chart's title, it would be great if they could just enter their name in one cell and have it reflected in all the chart titles. The name entered will not be the entire chart title, just added to the existing title. Can this be done? Working with Mac Excel 2011.

Yes... and No. You have to assemble the title in a cell and then reference that cell. See attached.
