Fill until cell is not empty

In Column B Row 1 I have data. I want a macro that drags this down and fills the rows below it until it comes across a cell that is not empty. Once it finds this cell I then want it to drag that cell down again until it finds a non empty cell again. It can stop at row 1000 as otherwise it'd go till the very bottom of rows in a sheet that are allowed.
