Sending Emails through excel with a table attached in the body.

    Hi All,

I would be really grateful if anyone could have a look at this please.

I have attached an example document.

What I am trying to do is email the table title and date to the emails in Col A and B.

If possible I would want Col A emails in the To and Col B emails in BCC, The email subject to be "Title Of Report"

I would want the first table to only go to the the emails in cells A2:A5 and B2

The Second table to only go to A11 and B11 and so on so fourth.

Please let me know if this is possible or if you think it can be done but the formatting might need changing for example each table needs a seperate tab.

the number of emails wont change niether will the size of the table.

    Thanks

    Hello skate1991,

The attached workbook has two macros added to it. One macro sends the range (table) in the body of the email. The other macro separates the emails and tables into groups.

    Here is the macro code.

    Module - Email_Tables_In_Body

Re: Sending Emails through excel with a table attached in the body.

    Hi,

I have spent the last two days trying to figure this out. I have a list of names in Column A and their e-mail ids in column A and a outlook e-mail template with the content and images pasted in the body of the mail. I want this template to be sent to the list of IDs with the name as salutation- eg: Dear XYZ.. followed by the body of the mail. Please suggest any workable alternative. Thanks.
