Make a List of All visible Pivot items in Excel

Hi All,

My Pivot table Look like this. Now basis selection of my process my PivotItems of Pivot filed "Subcategory" changes. Is there a way that I can make a list of visible Pivot items of selected process.

My End task is to add a new sheet with the name of each Pivotitem and then paste the Year, Month and Pivot Item data in that sheet.

For Example as in Image I want to add 5 sheets in same workbook with the name Stage 1, Stage 2, etc. and And copy and paste each stage data in subsequent sheet along with Year and Month
