How to add necessary rows to a small sheet when pasting from another

I have a sheet with hidden rows and formatting that users will need to paste values into. The sheet starts with only a limited number of rows visible and on a one for one basis adds them as the user inputs text in individual cells.

My problem is that I want the users to be able to paste several rows in at once and then have the sheet expand to include a single unused row beyond all of the data they pasted in.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Here is how I did it, I need to get the row adding out of the loop to increase speed but hopefully this will help some others out who are trying to do the same thing.
