i am trying to make performance indicator in excel

i have two sheets, one is Front page and other is Master sheet

i want to sent Rate value to master sheet from front sheet according to Year , Month, & Location


eg

if i select

Year : 2014
Month : January
Location :Zone A

Rate value ( E6: E17) need to add to master sheet .

Your database in Front Sheet is incomplete. You need columns for Year, Month and Zone along with your description and rate column.

i already made design of front sheet in this format... ,so its not easy to change the format.

kindly solve this issue
