MsgBox pops up twice - Should be once!

Hello

The red line in the following code pops up twice because of the line below it....however I do want the checkbox value to be False if and after the message appears, any ideas to only have the message appear once?

You need a control variable declared at the top of the userform:

Thought it might be something like that!

I tried Application.ScreenUpdating but obviously was the wrong idea!
