sum 3 cells and paste total

Hi I am making up a new workbook and capturing the data at the end of the week before it's reset.
I already have numerous lines to copy then paste values, but I don't know how to sum 3 cells and paste that value to tie in with the existing macro running. So I have numerous lines like the example below, but the part highlighted in red is what im trying to get at (I know it's wrong)

This is part of a Save As() macro, so will need it to fit in halfway through?

Your question is not entirely clear to me. Maybe you are trying to do this?

Note that copy/paste isn't used in this situation. Copy/Paste is regarded as less efficient and it not typically used unless neccesary

We have 4 shifts, and each shift have their own page to input data.
This data is then added up into a summary sheet.
Saturday evening (end of the week) the macro is run, and pastes all these figures in a hidden sheet downwards each week. This way, we can see the whole years data in one place.

However, this new workbook is very similar, but I will need to add up 3 cells to paste in the table.
