Adding feauture with existing VB Code.

Please refer to attached excel file and below Vb Code which will create attached notepad file.
What I want to do is add the code within this code so that it will ask user if this is for Income or expense.
If Income is selected then would code would need to change the value in column E to negative.
Attached notepad example is without this code and as you can see the notepad file line # 3 & 4 U50.32 T50.32.
Once your help with the new code it should have as U -50.32 and T -50.32
