Web scrape "Connecting to web" Freeze

Hi all, I have attached a sheet with 3 tabs and one macro (Extract).

The macro freezes with "connecting to web" in the status bar. The code when broken highlights the refresh.backgroundquery=false part of the code as the problem.

The strange thing is this works on Excel 2007, but not on 2010 or 2013.

Anybody able to assist?
