I have data I need to manipulate daily and need help. Attached is a small sample. I have a smaller list of names in one column and a full list of names along with account numbers. My normal worksheet may have a hundred or so names in the partial list and thousands in the full list. I have been manually doing things by a highlight cells rule, then sorting by color and manually copying and pasting account numbers, but this is getting old. Is there a way to do this with a macro or formula? I am using Excel 2007.
