Userform Border Issue Windows 7

I have a Userform that holds a button and what i would like it to do is for the form to be transparent except for this button. More buttons may be added in the future.
As of right now the Userform actually does go transparent, it also removes the Close button however windows 7 seems to interfere with the transparency.

Windows 7 and newer has a setting called PaddedBorderWidth and it puts a border around all the forms. Its value can only be read by VBA and is really the cause of my issue.


I would like to get rid of this border. If it comes down to it i could settle for either resizing the border or if i could possibly color it.
