excel hiding columns based on cell values

Hi
I am hoping someone can help
I have 3 columns H I J
In column H:H there is a dropdown option with two options "Safety" or "Environmental" this is selected depending on the type of report
I need collum J to be hidden when Safety is selected on that row
I need collum I to be hidden when Environmental is selected on that row
I have tried this code but it does not work quite the way I need it too

What is the issue with the code you show?
When a single cell in column H is "Safety" or "Environmental" what do you want to happen : The complete "I" or "J" column to be hidden.
If yes, what's up if another cell in column "H" is turned to the opposite value?
