Excel VBA help: simple macro to copy cells based on a few conditions

Hi guys essentially what I am trying to do is copy cell values around the spreadsheet based on their location and contents.

Since picture is worth a thousand words here it is:

I know how to use excel but always tried to avoid using macros and get around having to use them – and most often I could find a way around – but for this one I am not sure there is a simple way!

The spreadsheets I have a huge and contain craploads of rows with data.

I just dont know the simplest syntax to get it done in VBA. Thanks in advance guys!

Not in this case, and rarely ever. We always prefer a workbook to a picture. Please upload one and manually add the results you expect to see and explain which cells are data, which are results and how you have decided what the results should be.
