How to automatically hide a row based cell color

I am trying to automatically hide rows on my sheet where the cell in column c is red (RGB 225, 163, 163). These cells are conditionally formatted to update based calculations from another sheet, so I would need the row to reappear when the color in the column C turns from red to a different color. Ive tried a couple codes that were not able to do it. Any help?

It would be easier to hide and unhide based upon the criteria that turns it red or "un-red" versus trying to do based upon a conditional color. What are those criteria?

value in cell C is <70. However I just want it to apply to a section of the worksheet. from C9:C40
