Filter pivot table on range of cell values

Howdy folken. I've done my googling and found some near answers, but not quite there yet.

I have one pivot table with field 'Physician'. I have a range of cells A1:A10 containing the physician names as strings. I want to apply the names of those physicians to my pivot table as filters.

    Do ya kennit?

Re: Filter pivot table on range of cell values

I've got it working for one value, but after I filter based on that value, the pivot table no longer displays the other values for filtering. I'm sure there's a simple solution for that..
