How to Assign more than one User name and Password & how to record File open and close

Hi Dears,
I would like asking your help to solve my problem
I want to create one excel file with Login userform also i want assign username and password to open the file
Example:
Username : Jhon
Password : Jhon243
Log in and message Box Show Welcom Mr.Jhon Thanks for Using Summery Report of Production

Username : Nisar
Password : Nisar143
Log in and message Box Show Welcom Mr.NisarThanks for Using Summery Report of Production

Also I want Record Open and Close date and Time

Username , password , Date , Time , How long Open



I think this is best way to protect my file aslo i can find the users working
