Populating of auto-filtered cells stops halfway down - is this memory limit?

Hello,

I have pre-filtered rows on a large spreadsheet (20,000 rows, 55 columns, text and numerical data) & I use the following code to label the visible cells in column E but it only seems to fill in the cells down to around row 5300 rather than all the way down as there are many other rows visible from my auto-filter.

Is this a memory issue? Or is there a better function such as Special Cells which would be more efficient in filling in all visible cells in such a large spreadsheet ?

Thanks very much Dave. I've tried to incorporate this into a sequence of Filter/Label1/UndoFilter/NewFIlter/Label2/UndoFilter but I am getting an error message. I am going to raise a new post about it.
