Auto email script sends to many times?

Attached is a spread sheet we use to log data in our facility before automatically emailing it out at the times listed in "Menu" b7:b56. Everything works fine aside from the fact that it ends up emailing multiple times once it reaches the times we have set in b7:b56. I have tried a few things to remedy this but I have not been successful. I am pretty sure its an issue with the "export sheets" script and the loop timing that is causing this issue, but I am just not sure what the best way to remedy this is hence my reason for reaching out to smarter people then me lol. Thank you in advance for any help or opinions on this!!
