Shrink table through one click!!

Hey all !!
i have a table in excel having 5 columns and 60 rows. i have list where through clicking "names", displays results in that table. some have more data and some have less...
what i want is a solution that my information fit on that table and the table should shrink according to the information; like some include 50 rows and some 30 so the table size should shrink...

Attach a Workbook
(please do not post pictures or links to worksheets)

• Click Advanced (next to quick post),
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click that then select "add files" (top right corner).
• Click "Select Files" find your file, click "open" click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Click "Done" at bottom right to close the Attachment Manager.
• Click "Submit Reply"
