Specifying one column in the grand total row in a pivot table

I am attempting to add .NumberFormat = "0.00%" to one particular cell of a pivot table: The Grand Total row of the % Spent column.

I was trying this:

But this selects the area ABOVE the grand total, not the actual grand total row.

How can I change the above code to apply the desired formatting to the Grand Total row?
